Lori Scantlin
Lori Scantlin is in her 23rd year of teaching and currently teaching 6-12th grade vocal music in Clearwater, KS. She spent the last three years in Carl Junction R-1 Schools where she taught general music for pre-K, kindergarten, 6th grade, started a K-6 adaptive music program, and was honored to have her 6th grade honor choir, Treblemakers, chosen to sing at the Missouri Music Educators Association In-Service workshop in January 2024. Most of her experience is in Kansas as a choral director where for twenty years she has directed middle and high school choirs which earned superior ratings at local, regional and state festivals. She attended Pittsburg State University, where she obtained a Bachelor of Music Education and graduated with her Master of Vocal Music Education degree from PSU in May 2024.
